SUBSTANCE: invention relates to transportation of small vessels with outboard motor. Method of attaching outboard motor on a support when transporting a boat on a trailer includes mounting the boat and securing it on the trailer, the outboard motor lower base is fixed with tape on the support device fixed on the transverse beam of the boat trailer. Fixed outboard motor on boat transom is exposed by lower base of outboard motor on L-shaped projection of polyurethane stop, the support device is fixed on the surface of the pendulum support U-shaped platform with the possibility of passing the line of the vector of geometrical forces of the motor through the rotary axis of the support platform. Support platform is set perpendicular to motor gravity vector line by adjusting the length of the L-shaped beams of the pendulum lever structure and turning them to the polyurethane stop on the lower base of the boat motor with subsequent locking of the support device structure. Also disclosed is a device for fastening an outboard motor on a support when transporting a boat on a trailer.
