FIELD: various technological processes.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a plant for simulating alkaline-free catalytic purification of oil from hydrogen sulphide and mercaptans. Plant includes: an oil separator with a gas line, an air compressor, a mixing device, a reaction zone, a catalyst solution storage tank, a buffer tank, a water line, differs from known designs in that it is mobile and comprises interconnected process and auxiliary units, an automated control system made in the auxiliary unit and connected to temperature and pressure sensors installed on the equipment of the process unit. At that, process unit is made with possibility of connection to enterprise supply pipeline by means of control valve and inlet pump and contains heat exchanger with internal and external pipes, wherein initial cold oil is supplied to internal pipes, hot refined oil is supplied through external pipes, flow heater configured to heat oil to a predetermined temperature according to signals coming from an automated control system located in an auxiliary unit, catalyst solution storage tank is equipped with electric heating, a temperature sensor and a level gauge, connected to the tank from above by a branch pipe with flanges, and from below through shutoff valves, wherein said vessel is connected to a mixing device, which is a mixing unit connected to an auxiliary unit air compressor and a receiver and which is connected by pipelines to a manual shutoff valve a centrifugal homogenizer pump, an ejector and a diaphragm mixer, reaction zone contains samplers, temperature and pressure control sensors installed along its entire length, separator consists of four equal tees welded into horizontal header, separator is connected to a buffer tank, an air cooling apparatus configured to supply service water for air humidification, and through an expander with a hydraulic lock is connected to a dispersion plug. Said buffer tank is equipped with temperature and pressure sensors and an air valve, wherein the buffer tank is connected to an output pump with a frequency-controlled frequency converter.
EFFECT: provided is a mobile plant for alkali-free catalytic purification of oil from hydrogen sulphide and mercaptans with the possibility of simulating technical purification processes.
