FIELD: various technological processes; construction.

SUBSTANCE: proposed invention relates to devices for distribution of binding materials and can be used in construction of roads, runways of airfields, at factories of reinforced concrete products, and is also intended for dosed distribution of cement on soil surface during construction works on arrangement of bases of roads, floors of buildings and other surfaces of linear and areal objects from materials treated with inorganic binders. Device for distribution of binding materials includes hopper for reception of binding material and distributor of binding material. Binder material distributor is located at the base of the device under the hopper. Binder material distributor is made in the form of a cylindrical rotor with blades with equal angles between the blades, which forms a sluice batcher, made of polyurethane alloy. Sluice batcher is connected to the drive having the rotor rotation speed control unit.

EFFECT: uniform distribution of binding materials on soil surface with minimization of losses and prevention of clogging of working elements with material.
