FIELD: furniture industry.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to furniture industry, namely to automatic lines for fabrication of sofa seat frames. Automatic line for fabrication of frames of seats of sofas comprises located in technological sequence loading device with zone of supply of main parts, including limit switch and pneumatic piston; first chain conveyor with a zone for applying glue to the main part; a second chain conveyor with a zone for manual laying of additional parts on the main part and a zone for their connection, to form a frame of the base of the seat of the sofa, equipped with inductive sensors of movement, limit switches, front and rear legs of the conductor, a system of pressure pneumatic pistons and a control panel; roller table with a zone for pushing the frame of the seat base of the sofa to the third chain conveyor; third chain conveyor with zone of glue application on side end of frame base and its connection with a front rail, equipped with limit switches, control panel, system of rollers for pressing the front rail, unit for storage of finished rails. Loading device and the first chain conveyor are equipped with laser displacement sensors.

EFFECT: increasing the productivity and production time of sofa seat frames.
