SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to devices for automatic feeding of staples into pneumatic stapler. Devices can be used in production of furniture. Device for automatic supply of staples into a pneumatic stapler with vertical loading of staples into a cartridge comprises a bracket, which on one side is connected to a fixation assembly of the pneumatic stapler, and on the other side – with a cage connected to a magazine fixed under the bracket, cage has a U-shaped profile, is formed by a wall and two equal-width shelves with bends at the edges, pneumatic stapler fixation assembly comprises a pneumatic stapler attachment element and a pneumatic mini-cylinder, from the front side to the cage and the magazine there is an automatic staple feed assembly, comprising a rammer soldered with a flag, a guide with a spring, a first inductive sensor and a pneumatic cylinder, second inductive sensor is attached to the cage wall, assembly for automatic supply of staples is made with possibility of movement relative to cage and magazine; at that, the first inductive sensor and the second inductive sensor are made with possibility of programming. Device for automatic supply of staples into pneumatic stapler with horizontal loading of staples into cage comprises interconnected cage and magazine, to which on the front side an automatic staple feed assembly is attached, comprising a rammer soldered with a flag, a guide with a spring, a first inductive sensor and a pneumatic cylinder, cage consists of two U-shaped profile elements located opposite each other with a gap, connected to each other by a bridge, each profile element has a wall and equal-width flanges, to one of the flanges a second inductive sensor is attached, on the side opposite to the cage, a pneumatic stapler fixation assembly is attached to the magazine, comprising an element for fastening the pneumatic stapler and a pneumatic mini-cylinder, assembly for automatic supply of staples is made with possibility of movement relative to cage and magazine; at that, the first inductive sensor and the second inductive sensor are made with possibility of programming.
EFFECT: increasing the efficiency of the devices during use by simplifying the process of loading staples into the cage and feeding them into the magazine.
