FIELD: performing operations.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to glue applicator. Proposed glue applicator comprises bed to support glue feed tank and parts feed-and-discharge mechanism. Wherein said device comprises additionally glue application unit secured on the bed and composed of structural section 13 coupled with linear transfer carriage 5 at its bottom. Carriage 5 is configured to move along the linear rail guide 4, in the upper part is with spray gun 1, connected to the reservoir and coupled on the trigger nozzle side with the part of directed feed of the spray gun cone (PDFSGC) 6, connected to structural profile 13, and in rear part is with pneumatic cylinder 3 made with possibility to interact with control unit. Besides, this device comprises optical sensor 9 secured at the bed to transmit the signal to control unit that the part is located in device working zone. Mechanism for parts feed and discharge is composed of chain conveyor arranged along bed long sides. Funnel for draining excess glue is located under PDFSGC. Spray gun has pneumatic cylinder 2, combined with trigger 7.
EFFECT: higher device efficiency, glue application quality and glue saving.
