FIELD: oil and fat industry.
SUBSTANCE: fat-and-oil product, characterized by that it consists of cream with fat content of 38% and vegetable additives, wherein the vegetable additives used are dill oil and garbanzo bean flour pre-hydrated in a part of cream, with a weight ratio of cream: garbanzo bean flour of 3:1, and soya bean lecithin in following ratio of initial components, weight parts: cream with fat content of 38%—200; dill oil—7; garbanzo bean flour—4; soya bean lecithin—0.3.
EFFECT: invention allows to increase nutritive and biological value, as well as to expand the range of fat-and-oil product.
