Functional-purpose food fat-and-oil product contains Traditional butter, unrefined vegetable oils of meadowsweet and argan, air wheat grains and water, with following ratio of components, wt. %: Traditional butter 78.5–80.5; unrefined oil of meadowsweet 1.0–2.0; unprocessed argan oil 1.0–2.0; air wheat grains 5.0–10.0; water is the balance.
EFFECT: invention allows to expand the product range and improve its organoleptic properties.
