FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to dairy and fat-and-oil industry. The cream-and-vegetal spread including a fat phase consists of low erucic acid rapeseed oil and high-fat cream, food additives represented by chicory and vegetal polysaccharide - Aloe Vera gel dry extract, additionally containing sand sugar and buttermilk. All the components are taken in a certain proportion.
EFFECT: proposed cream-and-vegetal spread enables production of an end product with enhanced food value and high consumer properties.
