FIELD: agriculture.

SUBSTANCE: wide-area tillage unit includes frame with trailer (1) resting at the rear on pneumatic wheels (2), middle rotary bar (4), which is movably installed in rear part of frame with trailer (1) and is also movably connected to it by hydraulic cylinders (3) for turning from horizontal working position into vertical transport position. Along the ends of middle rotary bar (4) on crosspieces (5) there are movably installed wings (6), on the ends of which there are installed process wheels (8), and on their front walls there are installed transport wheels (9). Extreme ends of wings (6) are connected to front part of frame with trailer (1) by braces (10), which consist of 2 parts: front – short (11) with catchers (12), latches (13) with pins (15) and springs (14) connected through compensation springs (16) by cables (17) with middle rotary bar (4), and rear – long (21), one ends of which are movably connected to U-shaped leashes (22), installed movably on frame with trailer (1), other ends are movably fixed on ends of wings (6) through brackets. Working sections (24), consisting of frames (25), in bearing assemblies of which on shafts are mounted working elements in the form of replaceable ring-spur rollers or replaceable needle discs, are installed on wings (6) along the front by means of leashes, on which they are movably mounted. on spring-loaded horizontal longitudinal axes. Leashes on wings (6) are mounted in frames by means of axes, and frames on wings (6) are fixed with clamps. Two limiting plates are mounted at an angle to each other in the frames under the leashes, the vertices of the corners of which are located under the centres of the axes, on which the leashes are movably installed within the framework. Front limiting plates limit the turn of the leashes with working sections in the process of operation upwards, and the rear limiting plates – downwards. On one of the side walls of the frames, by means of which the leashes are installed on wings (6), bushings are fixed, in which the pins-retainers of the leashes are installed in the transport position. There are two holes in the retaining pins, by means of which they are fixed with spring cotter pins in transport or working positions. On the other side walls of the frames bushings are fixed, in which the mechanisms of semi-automatic fixation of the working sections leashes are mounted during their transfer from the working to the transport position or from the transport to the working position. Mechanisms for semi-automatic fixation of leashes consist of pins-retainers with guide keys and pins with holes also with guide keys, fixing their position in slots of fixed bushings, which are connected to each other by springs. Pins with holes and guide keys are rigidly connected through movable pins to heads put on fixed bushings, in walls of which there are pins installed, which enter guide tracks located on external surface of fixed bushings. Working sections (24) with spring-loaded horizontal-longitudinal axes on middle rotary bar (4) are installed movably, each, by means of its leashes, which are mounted on axes in frames fixed on middle rotary bar (4) with clamping clamps. Mobility of working sections (24) installed along edges of middle rotary bar (4) is limited by hydraulic cylinders, and mobility of other working sections (24) is limited by limiting plates installed at an angle to each other within their frames. Vertices of these angles are located under the centres of the axes on which they are movably mounted. All working sections (24) on middle rotary bar (4) are fixed by pins-retainers, having two holes, by means of which they are installed in transport or working positions with spring cotter pins. Mechanisms for semi-automatic fixation of working sections (24) leashes are installed only on the frames of working sections (24) mounted on wings (6) and located at the ends of middle rotary bar (4) of the unit.

EFFECT: simplifies the design of the unit, as well as improves the quality of copying the surface of the treated field.
