FIELD: agriculture.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to agricultural machine building. Device comprises a frame with a trailer, a middle rotary bar installed movably in the rear part of the frame with the trailer and fixed by hydraulic cylinders, at the ends of which rotary wings are installed by means of cross-pieces, technological wheels are installed on ends of rotary wings, and transport wheels are mounted on their front walls. Extreme ends of rotary wings are connected to front part of frame with trailer by braces. Working sections on the middle rotary bar and rotary wings are installed by means of drivers, which are mounted on them through frames, in which the drivers are installed by means of axes. Frames on middle rotary bar and rotary wings are fixed with clamps. Two limiting planes are mounted at an angle to each other in the frames under the leashes. Front limiting planes limit the turn of the leashes with working sections in the process of operation upwards, and the rear limiting planes – downwards. On one of side walls of frames bushings are fixed, in which pins-retainers of leashes in transport position are installed. There are two holes in the retaining pins, by means of which they are fixed with spring cotter pins in the transport or working position, and on other side walls of frames bushings are also fixed, in which mechanisms of semi-automatic fixation of working sections leashes are mounted during their transfer from working to transport or from transport to working position. Mechanisms for semi-automatic fixation of drivers consist of pins-retainers with guide keys and pins with holes also with guide keys, fixing their position in slots of fixed bushings, which are connected to each other by springs. Pins with holes and guide keys are fixed via movable thin pins with heads put on fixed bushings. In walls of heads there installed are pins entering guide tracks located on external surfaces of fixed bushings. Working sections are mounted on the middle rotary bar and rotary wings in staggered order with overlapping along the front and with overlapping of process wheels mounted on the ends of rotary wings consisting of frames, which are mounted on leashes by means of longitudinal axes and brackets located on the sides of the levers with springs installed with upper ends in these brackets, and with lower ends installed in sockets located on frames of working sections. In the bearing assemblies of the working sections, the working members batteries are installed, including the shaft, on which the ring rollers are mounted with the mounting places for the toothed disks, which are movably mounted on these places between the ring rollers, mechanisms for semi-automatic fixation of the working sections levers are mounted only on the working sections installed on the rotary wings closest to the ends of the middle rotary bar, hydraulic cylinders are mounted on the working section leashes mounted on the edges of the middle rotary bar, and they are not equipped with limiting planes.
EFFECT: simplification of the design of working members, improvement of the quality of compaction of the cultivated soil.
