FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: cast structural alloy based on intermetallic compound Ni3Al contains, wt.%: Al 8.0–9.0, Cr 4.5–5.5, W 1.8–2.5, Mo 4.5–5.5, Ti 0.6–1.2, C 0.12–0.16, Co 3.5–4.5, Zr 0.05–0.50, Fe 0.03–2.0, Ca 0.001–0.01, at least one element from a group comprising La, Ce and Nd 0.0015–0.0150, Ni and unavoidable impurities—the rest. Alloy has the following phase composition, wt.%: γ'—phase 83.5–89.0, γ—phase 10–15, carbide phase 1.0–1.5. Also disclosed is a method of producing an alloy and a method of making an article from said alloy.
EFFECT: improved characteristics of short-term strength, plasticity in the temperature range of 20–1,000 °C, heat resistance in the temperature range of 200–1,100 °C, yield of suitable alloy based on intermetallic compound Ni3Al with polycrystalline (equiaxial) structure containing iron and cobalt, as well as reduction of labor intensity of its production.
