FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to metallurgy, and namely to castable alloys on the basis of Ni3Al intermetallic compound and parts obtained by precision casting method as per investment patterns with polycrystalline and directed column structures, such as for example nozzle blades, nozzle blade blocks, shutters of controlled nozzle and other parts of gas turbine engines of aviation and automobile industries. There proposed is alloy on the basis of Ni3Al intermetallic compound of the following chemical composition, wt %: Al 8.0-10.8, Cr 4.0-6.0, W 1.5-5.5, Ti 1.0-1.4, Zr 0.03-0.05, C 0.15-0.20, Y 0.01-0.02, La 0.0015-0.0150, B 0.008-0.018, and Ni is the rest Alloy is characterised by increased fire resistance at temperatures of 1100-1200 °C on the basis of 100 hours and fire resistance at 1250 °C.
EFFECT: use of the proposed alloy on the basis of Ni3Al intermetallic compound increases gas temperature before turbine, engine thrust, reliability of parts and increases their operating life.
