FIELD: construction.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a mixer extruder of construction 3D printer. In the extruder housing there are located successively one after another in vertical direction from top to bottom: filter-cyclone, wetting, mixing and ready construction mixture supply chambers. In the upper part of the cyclone filter there is a dry mixture supply channel. Outlet of the cyclone filter is the inlet of the wetting chamber. Inside the wetting chamber along its perimeter there are nozzles connected to the liquid component supply channel equipped with a flow meter. Outlet hole of the wetting chamber is the inlet hole of the mixing chamber. Inside the mixing chamber there is a mixing rotor, which has a separate drive and is equipped with mixing elements, which can be made in the form of blades and/or pins located perpendicular to the rotor axis. Outlet hole of the mixing chamber is connected to the finished mortar feed chamber, inside of which a feeding element in the form of a screw is located on the feed shaft. Feed shaft is located coaxially in the mixing rotor and has a separate servo drive. Finished mortar feed chamber outlet is connected with replaceable nozzle equipped with separate drive and gate valve with separate drive. Extruder-mixer is fixed on frame of 3D printer through a sensor for controlling the maximum total weight, and a vibrator is installed on the housing of the extruder in the area of the mixing chamber.

EFFECT: improved quality and operational quality control of mortar for 3D printing.
