SUBSTANCE: invention relates to equipment for producing granular complete mixed feeds based on plant biomass, and can be used in the agricultural industry. A line for continuous processing of plant raw materials into complete mixed is proposed and characterised by the consisting of a series-connected crusher, a pneumatic sorter, the lower part whereof is connected with a fan and the upper part is connected with a cyclone via a pneumatic conveyor, an auger, an impregnation chamber connected with a continuous hydrolysis chamber, the lower part whereof is connected with a container for liquid products and a steam generator, a buffer container is connected with the upper part of the continuous hydrolysis chamber, wherein the lower part of the buffer container is connected with the inlet of the blowing tank, installed in the upper part whereof is an irrigation attachment and in the lower part is a mixing apparatus, the outlet of the blowing tank communicates with a hopper with a perforated bottom, series-connected with an auger conveyor, a hopper for activated washed raw materials and a greenery hopper, a dryer, wherein the inlet of the pneumatic crusher is connected with the feed mixer through a bulk feed hopper, a granulator and a granulated feed hopper.

EFFECT: makes it possible to increase the productivity of the line due to intensification of the hydrolysis process, to prevent harmful substances from getting into the mixed feed, and also to implement the possibility of using logging waste as plant raw materials without preliminary manual sorting into wood and leaves.
