SUBSTANCE: invention relates to plant protection agents. Water-soluble herbicidal concentrate composition contains: a) an agriculturally active ingredient selected from phenoxy acid salts, where the phenoxy acid salt is selected from the group consisting of the following: ammonium salts, alkali metal salts or alkali-earth metal salts, or combinations thereof; b) a co-solvent selected from compounds of formula (I) R¹OOC-R²-CONR³R⁴ (I), in which R¹ denotes C₁-C₃ alkyl; R² denotes a divalent linear or branched C₁-C₆ alkyl; R³ and R⁴ both independently denote a methyl or ethyl group; and c) an auxiliary substance selected from phosphates of mono- or diesters of formula (II) (R⁵O)_m-P(=O)(OM)_n (II), in which R⁵ denotes an optionally polyalkoxylated alkyl group, m and n are equal to 1 or 2, provided that the sum of m and n is equal to 3, and M denotes an alkali metal cation, an alkali-earth metal cation or an ammonium ion. Phenoxy acid is one or more selected from a group consisting of the following: 2-methyl-4-chlorophenoxyacetic acid (MCPA), 4-(4-chloro-o-tolyloxy)butyric acid (MCPB), methylchlorophenoxypropionic acid (MCPP), 2,4-dichlorophenoxyacetic acid (2,4-D), 4-(2,4-dichlorophenoxy)butyric acid (2,4-DB), 2,4,5-trichlorophenoxyacetic acid (2,4,5-T), dichloroprop and phenoprop.

EFFECT: composition of water-soluble concentrate has high stability in case of injury, even at low temperature, improved wettability, high bio-efficiency.
