SUBSTANCE: method of filling a package with a group of pairs of packs, including supply of a group of pairs of packs simultaneously from a transportation device into a package, vertical separation of two packs of each pair of packs of the group of pairs of packs from each other in the package and horizontal separation of each pair of packs from each other in the package. Method further includes maintaining horizontal separation between each pair of packs of the group of pairs of packs with simultaneous supply of the group of pairs of packs into the package by directing pairs of packs of the group of pairs of packs along separating bars provided in the transport device.
EFFECT: disclosed is a method of filling a package with packs.
