FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to work physiology, and can be used for diagnosis of human operator fatigue. Before and after performing professional activities, the following is determined for a human operator: motor coordination assessment—MCAbefore and MCAafter, attention concentration assessment—ACAbefore and ACAafter, rate of work—Rbefore and Rafter, random access memory assessment—RAMAbefore and RAMAafter, long-term memory assessment—LTMAbefore and LTMAafter, sequential contrast perception time evaluation—SCTEbefore and SCTEafter, visual fatigue degree evaluation—VFDE. Following conditions are checked: MCAbefore/MCAafter>1.5, ACAbefore/ACAafter<0.8, Rbefore/Rafter<0.6, RAMAbefore/RAMAafter>2, LTMAbefore/LTMAafter>1.5, SCTEbefore/SCTEafter>1.14, VFDE>0.2. If six or seven conditions are met, the human operator is noted for fatigue. If four or five conditions are met, the human operator shows pronounced fatigue. If two or three conditions are met, fatigue is recorded in the human operator; otherwise, the absence of fatigue is recorded in the human operator.
EFFECT: method provides the possibility of physiologically adequate diagnosis of labor intensity of a human operator due to the declared criteria for assessing the degree of fatigue.
