METHOD FOR RECOGNITION OF THE FUNCTIONAL STATE “OPERATIONAL REST” Russian patent published in 2022 - IPC A61B5/103 A61B3/02 A61B5/16

Abstract RU 2782495 C1

FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of labor physiology and can be used to recognize the functional state of “Operational rest”. In a human operator, before the start of professional activity, the following are determined: the threshold of sensitivity of the tactile analyzer - STA; the threshold of sensitivity of the kinesthetic analyzer - SKA; assessment of concentration of attention - ACA; time of a simple sensorimotor reaction - TR; assessment of the excitability of the central nervous system - ACNS; assessment of short-term memory - ASTM; assessment of long–term memory - ALTM. Upon completion of professional activity, the success of its implementation is determined. If successful, the values of the indicators are accumulated and taken into account in the database for the quarter. Calculating the personalized arithmetic averages of the indicators available in the database (STAav, SKAav, ACAav, TRav, ACNSav, ASTMav, ALTMav). Then, before the start of the professional activity, the values of the same indicators are determined (STAbef, SKAbef, ACAbef, TRbef, ACNSbef, ASTMbef, ALTMbef). With simultaneous fulfillment of at least six of the seven conditions: STAbef < STAav; SKAbef > SKAav; ACAbef/ACAav<1.5; TRbef/TRav>0.75; ACNSbef/ACNSav<1,4; ASTMbef/ASTMav<2; ALTMbef/ALTMav<1.6 in a human operator, the functional state of “Operational rest” is recorded.

EFFECT: method provides the possibility of physiologically adequate recognition of the functional state of “Operational rest” in a human operator of the ergatic system by evaluating the complex of the most significant indicators.
