FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to the field of work physiology, and can be used for diagnostics of labour intensity of a human operator. Before and after performing professional activities, the following is determined for a human operator: sensitivity threshold of tactile analyser – TASbefore and TASafter, sensitivity threshold of kinaesthetic analyser – KASbefore and KASafter, assessment of concentration of attention – CAAbefore and CAAafter, time of simple sensorimotor reaction – RTbefore and RTafter, working memory assessment – WMAbefore and WMAafter, assessment of long-term memory – LMAbefore and LMAafter, assessment of central nervous system excitability – CNSAbefore and CNSAafter, spectral power of cardiointervalogram in low-frequency range – LFbefore and LFafter, spectral power of cardiointervalogram in high-frequency range – HFbefore and HFafter, number of pairs of adjacent cardio intervals differing by more than 50 ms during the entire recording of cardiointervalogram – pNN50 before and pNN50 after, square root of the average sum of squares of differences between adjacent cardiac intervals – RMSSD before and RMSSD after. Following conditions are checked: TASbefore > TASafter; KASbefore < KASafter; CAAbefore/CAAafter > 1.5; RTbefore/RTafter < 0.75; WMAbefore/WMAafter > 2; LMAbefore/LMAafter > 1.6; CNSAbefore/CNSAafter > 1.4; (LFbefore/HFbefore)/(LFafter/HFafter) < 0.8; pNN50 before/pNN50 after > 1.1; RMSSDbefore/RMSSDafter > 1.25. When 8–10 conditions are met, strongly pronounced intensity of the human operator’s labour process is recorded. When 5–7 conditions are met, the expressed intensity of the human operator’s labour process is recorded. When 2–4 conditions are met, a moderate intensity of the human operator’s labour process is recorded. When 0–1 conditions are met, low intensity of the human operator’s labour process is recorded.
EFFECT: method provides the possibility of physiologically adequate diagnostics of labour intensity of a human operator due to evaluation of the declared set of diagnostic parameters.
