FIELD: regulating.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to regulators intended for formation of stable flows of various gases and steam-gas mixtures at high pressures. Gas flow rate regulator includes a gas flow rate into voltage converter and a setting action generator in the form of voltage corresponding to the required gas flow rate, their outputs are connected to inputs of comparison circuit of electronic controller with PID control law, and its output is connected to the electromagnetic drive of the pneumatic proportional valve, which moves the damper from the elastic material relative to the seat with the coaxial hole. Gate is made in the form of a cylinder and is placed in a cylindrical recess on the end of the electromagnetic drive, on which a stop for the gate is fixed, made in the form of a flat ring, wherein the inner volume of the recess is connected by a channel to the inner volume of the valve, and adjustment of the value of displacement of the shutter relative to the nozzle is carried out by changing the value of current flowing along the coil of the electromagnetic drive.
EFFECT: reduced effect of temperature changes on operation of the regulator, reduced time for reaching the mode and increased service life of the device.
