FIELD: technology of water and air purification.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to dust collectors, namely, to air cleaners arranged under cleaning area. Technical result is achieved due to the fact that in an air purifier comprising a fan and a cylindrical filter, mounted in a housing under a working surface, wherein fan is made with possibility of air intake from above and air ejection outside from housing side wall, fan inlet is made in the form of a confuser in the plane parallel to the impeller rotation plane, creating vacuum and reducing static air pressure inside the fan, air intake opening in the working surface above the filter is made with possibility of access to the filter and is closed by a cover with holes providing for the air passage through them, at that, in order to increase the efficiency of the air cleaner and the speed of the sucked air, the total area of the holes in the cover or the diameter of the fan confuser is reduced, in order to reduce efficiency and speed of sucked air, total area of holes in cover or diameter of fan confuser is increased.
EFFECT: possibility to control specific output of air cleaner arranged under working surface.
