FIELD: water supply.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to hydraulic engineering, namely to facilities for complex water treatment from sediment and part of suspended sediments at water intake into channels, pipelines and front chambers of pumping stations. Water intake treatment facility includes receiving settling chamber 2. Receiving settling chamber 2 for collecting sediments is made with an inclined bottom and is divided by vertical partition 3 with holes 4 and vertical tie-rod 16 with shelves 10 into three sections 6, 8 and 22. Partition 3 with holes 4 in its lower part is made by window 7. First section 6 of the chamber is equipped in its middle part with vibrating grid 18, having a slope towards the nano-washing slot hole 20 in the side wall of section 6 of the chamber, and with its lower end additionally rests on horizontal shelf 19 below the nano-washing slot hole 20 with collector 21. Second section 8 in the middle part is equipped with shelves 10 fixed from above to movable saw-tooth levers 15 located along the water flow, which are hinged by one end to vertical partition 3 with holes 4, and by the other end - to tie-rod 16 connected to actuator 17. At the end of shelves 10 are equipped with funnels 14 for partial removal of fine particles of sediments towards flushing hole 12 with collector 13. Third section 22 of the chamber in the upper part is equipped with an additional jet-guiding partition 23 fixed at an angle with hinges. During operation of the facility, water containing sediments enters distribution section 6 of chamber 2, falls on grid 18, where it is split into separate jets, and large sediments are washed off from grid 18 towards its inclination into the nano-washing slot hole 20 with collector 21 having an outlet from outer side of chamber 2. Fine and suspended sediments pass through grid 18 into section 6, and part of them is concentrated in the pit at washing hole 12 with collector 13, and part of the suspended sediments enters through inlet holes 4 in partition 3 with guides 9 for shelves 10 fixed from below levers 15. In general, this creates conditions for reducing the speed of the falling separated flow of water for sedimentation of fine and suspended sediments in the area of the pit with an inclined bottom of chamber 2. Shelves 10 with funnels 14 additionally extinguish water surface with possibility of obtaining clean water in section 22 of chamber and with cover from above by jet-guiding partition 23 fixed at an angle in front of discharge pipe 24.

EFFECT: efficiency of the flow path during water intake and supply of clean water to the consumer is increased.
