FIELD: hydraulic engineering.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to hydraulic engineering, namely to facilities for complex water treatment from sediment and part of suspended sediments at water intake into channels, pipelines and front chambers of pumping stations. Water intake treatment facility includes receiving settling chamber 2. Receiving settling chamber 2 for collecting sediments is made with an inclined bottom and is divided by vertical partitions 3 and 4 with outlet holes 8 and 9 into three sections 5, 6 and 7. Chamber 2 has flushing hole 12 with manifold 13. First section 5 of chamber 2 in the upper part is equipped with a set of devices, including a means for vibrating shelves 24 in the form of impeller 17 and a washer installed on the cantilever with teeth, one side of which is inclined, and the other is located at a right angle to the horizontal. When impeller 17 rotates under the action of the incoming initial water from water duct 14, roller 19 rolls along teeth 20 of the washer, rises along their sloping walls 21 to the top of tooth 20, and then roller 19 together with hub 18 of impeller 17 falls and collides with cavity of teeth 20, which causes shaking of shelves 24. Vertical partition 4 with holes 9 from above has tie rod 25, having vibration drive in form of spring support 26, fixed on top of housing 1. Partition 4 in third section 7 is pivotally connected to the inclined jet-guiding partition 27, which by one end is fixed to vertical partition 4, and by the other end - to the side wall of housing 1. Inclined jet-directing partition 27 with attachment hinges is fixed above holes in vertical partition 4. Coarse and fine deposits are washed off towards flushing hole 12 with collector 13. On the outer side of housing 1 in the upper part there is outlet hole 28, discharge pipe 29 is rigidly installed in well 30, the end of which is flooded.

EFFECT: increased efficiency of operation along the flow path at water intake, at the same time due to operation of the impeller with its elements, connection with inclined shelves towards the installation of the second vertical partition wall with holes and with a rod with a spring installed on top of the housing, simplifying the design and improving water treatment from bottom and suspended sediments with the supply of clean water to the consumer.
