Claimed device for controlling heat consumption in the heating system of a building increases the energy efficiency of buildings due to the reduction of heat absorption of the internal enclosing structures of buildings, and, respectively, and heat flow due to reduction of delay during generation of low-frequency pulsation of heat carrier temperature in building heating system depending on air temperature in room and temperature of inner surface of building enclosing structure.

EFFECT: improving energy efficiency of buildings, as well as enlarging the application field of the invention for heat supply systems connected to heat networks.
