SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to a cable laying device and system. Each set of the laying device contains a base and paired electric motors, each of the electric motors is equipped with a wheel clamping and moving the cable, two wheels clamping and moving the cable are provided opposite each other; a wireless switch is provided on each of the electric motors and is used to receive a control signal. Multiple laying devices, multiple pairs of pulleys, guide heads form a system.
EFFECT: providing cable laying into thin pipe.
