FIELD: cable laying.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to means for laying flexible long-length objects. Mobile device (100) is proposed for underground laying of at least one cable, flexible wire, an empty pipe for tightening the cable or a sleeve for transporting fluids under the roadsides or lanes accompanying roadways or roads from the sides, containing a front vehicle made in the form of supporting vehicle (1) with back supporting frame (20), retractable block (2), milling block (3), milling wheel (35) and supporting formwork and cable laying block (4) following it. Milling unit (3) with milling wheel (35) is displaced relatively to front vehicle (1) laterally outwards with the possibility of positioning, protruding laterally beyond its contour, and is connected to front vehicle (1) by means of first joint or rotary joint (230) on retractable unit (2) mainly with a vertical axis of rotation with possibility of lateral rotation relatively to it in both directions, respectively, at an angle of up to ±25°, in particular up to ±20°. Supporting formwork and cable-laying unit (4) is connected to milling unit (3) by means of second joint or rotary joint (340) mainly with a vertical axis of rotation with possibility of lateral rotation relatively to it in both directions, respectively, at an angle of up to ±25°. On milling unit (3), on the side of case (31), there is belt conveyor (50) loaded with material extracted from the trench and passing along compact laying unit (10), followed by elongated star-shaped screen (55) rising mainly obliquely backwards with a set of gears (51) installed on rotation axes perpendicular to the direction of its transportation with the possibility of free rotation to separate the fine-grained material of the trench from its coarse-grained material. In this case, by means of belt conveyor (56) located under star-shaped screen (55), it is possible to load the fine material of the trench with a thin screen. By means of a belt conveyor along two discharge trays (62, 63), it is possible to fill in the cavity of the supporting formwork block locally and in time with fine-grained and the smallest grained material before the coarse-grained material, respectively. It is also possible to backfill the coarse-grained material transported by star-shaped screen (55) into the trench directly behind specified block (4).
EFFECT: creation of a fast-functioning, highly flexible and at the same time compact cable laying device, through which it is possible to lay cables and/or flexible wires along any winding road with the minimum possible time and labor without damaging the road base and roadway, i.e., in particular, the road surface.
