SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a composite membrane based on a fluorine-containing proton- or ion-exchange membrane, a composite membrane electrode, fluorine-containing chlor-alkali accumulator membrane, separating membrane and methods of their preparation. Composite membrane based on a fluorine-containing proton- or ion-exchange membrane contains at least two layers of microporous reinforced membranes, in which both sides of each layer of the microporous reinforced membranes are filled with a fluorine-containing proton- or ion-exchange resin, the biaxial tensile strength of the composite membrane is more than 40 MPa, ionic conductivity at room temperature is more than 0.007 S/cm, the time required for passage of 100 ml of air through the composite membrane is more than 5 minutes.

EFFECT: simple process of preparing an exchange membrane without contamination with a separating agent, and continuous production.
