SUBSTANCE: invention relates to main elements of electrical equipment, namely to current-conducting parts of different shape. Current-carrying profile is made in the form of a rod from a metal alloy, the cross section of which has the shape of a non-convex arrowhead polygon with a longitudinal axis of symmetry, in the tail part of the cross section, tail ledges are formed, between which a recess is made, head protrusions are formed in the head part, between which an external protrusion is located, the tail protrusions with a recess are made comparable to the head protrusions with an external protrusion, between the head part and the tail part there is a middle part, on the opposite sides of which there are two pairs of recesses that are mirror relative to the axis of symmetry, between each pair of which a bulge is formed.
EFFECT: high electrodynamic resistance of the current-carrying profile.
