FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to design of modules of ballastless railway track. Module comprises two reinforced concrete under-rail beams made of concrete-reinforced frames and connected by crossbars. Each crossbar is made of two rectangular bands connected to each other by channel and having upper bases and holes. Beam carcasses are inserted into the holes of the bands. Along the entire length on the upper plane of the under-rails there are elastic spacers for arrangement of rails. Retainers for fastening rails to reinforced concrete under-rail beams are made up of an upper part containing load grippers, and a lower part made integral with bands. Module is equipped with plates and shock-absorbing gaskets made according to the shape and dimensions of the upper bases of the bands. Bands are recessed relative to upper plane of reinforced concrete beams with formation of technological recess located above upper base of bands and made with depth equal to sum of thickness of plate and damping pad. Plates and gaskets are detachably installed on upper bases of bands, shock-absorbing gaskets are placed between upper bases of bands and plates, fastening elements of upper part of retainers are rigidly installed on plates.
EFFECT: increased operational efficiency of the module due to its repairability in place of operation.
