FIELD: construction facilities.
SUBSTANCE: rail pad is laid all along tail length and furnished with two side heads to take on horizontal forced from crane guide rolls and to lock said pad on top belt of crane girder. Rail unit comprises rail attached to rail pad by flexible terminals, said pad being furnished with symmetric lengthwise ridges and holes to attach pad foot to crane girder with the help of snap-head rivets. Head of every terminal features one-sided stop and a sharpened hook that enters appropriate oval hole in rail pad ridge. Lengthwise ridges are made symmetric about rail. Free end of every terminal has said hook. Rail pad has side heads to take on horizontal forces T brought about by the crane guide rolls.
EFFECT: longer life, mechanised mounting and dismantling, higher repairability.
