FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to surgery and ultrasonic diagnostics, and can be used for removal of foreign bodies of soft tissues under ultrasonic control. After determining the exact location and size of the foreign body by ultrasound, the anaesthetic novocaine is injected through the soft tissues into the foreign body area. Thereafter, the anaesthetic is distributed around the foreign body by means of a circular motion of the needle and the anaesthetic is distributed into the wound canal during the reverse stroke of the injection needle, and the needle is removed. An incision equal to the transverse size of the foreign body is made at the needle point. After that, a straight surgical clamp with closed jaws is inserted into the incision, advanced under ultrasound control until contact with a foreign body, distal parts of the jaws are brought under it, the jaws of the clamp are moved apart by a distance equal to the size of the foreign body so that the foreign body is located on the screen opposite the separated jaws. Thereafter, the ultrasound transducer is displaced so that it is perpendicular to the plane formed by the separated jaws, and the transducer performs pressing traction through the skin onto the soft tissues in the direction of the foreign body. Further, the foreign body is displaced so that it is between the open jaws of the clamp. Then the jaws are brought together and the foreign body is captured to remove it from the wound.
EFFECT: method enables reducing traumatism and reducing the length of the surgical operation by simplifying the ultrasound-guided foreign body capture with its subsequent evacuation.
