SUBSTANCE: group of inventions can be used when conducting prolonged conduction anesthesia during surgical treatment of the forearm, hand, leg and foot. The nerve is visualized under ultrasound guidance. After anesthesia, the skin is injected with a curved needle for conduction anesthesia under ultrasound control and a catheter is inserted through the needle along the nerve, through which 5 ml of a 1% articaine solution is injected before surgery and to prolong analgesia, a 1% articaine solution is injected at a rate of 1–2 ml per hour, using an infusion pump, for 1–4 days. A needle is used for conduction anesthesia with a bending angle along the oval radius of 120–130 degrees with a length of 60–80 mm, and the cross-section of the needle is 22G.

EFFECT: method makes it possible to increase the effectiveness of surgical treatment of the extremities by reducing postoperative complications, helps to provide dynamic cytological monitoring of the course and spread of the wound process, implementation of early rehabilitation measures due to the combination of techniques of the claimed invention.
