FIELD: measuring.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to measuring and robotic equipment, is intended for automated control of geometry of complex profile and can be used in engine building for control of geometry of complex-profile parts, such as blades of compressors or turbines. Device comprises base (1), on which left (2) and right (3) plates, spring post (4) and linear bearings (5) are installed. Measuring rods (6) are installed in plates (2, 3) by means of holes made in plates. Front part of rods (6) is installed in left plate (2), and rear part is installed through holes in right plate (3). Also, in right plate (3) there are laser modules (7) emitting laser beam (8), and on measuring rods (6) there are optical prisms (9) for capturing laser beam (8). At the end of the rear part of measuring rods (6), compression springs (10) are installed, which with their mating part rest against spring post (4). Spring post (4) accommodates precision linear displacement transducer (18). Optical sensors (19) are installed under rods (6).

EFFECT: increasing the accuracy and productivity of automated measurement of the geometry of complex surfaces of parts, while ensuring the possibility of internal verification of the accuracy of measurements and performing calibration of the device.
