SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine and pharmacy and can be used to assess the effectiveness of in vitro therapeutic agents aimed at restoring a stem cell niche, including for the treatment of fertility disorders caused by dysfunction of spermatogenic tissue of testicles. Declared is an effective method for assessing the specific activity of the preparations stimulating tissue regeneration and aimed at restoring the damaged stem cell niches through the control of the secretory activity of the cells involved in the niche formation. Efficiency is determined using model cells included in the test system and specific for damaged stem cell niches, by calibrating the test system due to double measurement of a specific secretory factor reflecting secretory activity of model cells, at different periods of their cultivation in order to obtain a "scale", which is necessary for assessing specific activity of a therapeutic agent.

EFFECT: development of a cell model (test system), which enables to effectively assess the effect of the test substance on recovery of secretory activity of cells supporting stem cell niches.
