FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: group of inventions refers to medicine and can be used to stimulate spermatogenesis, including the treatment of fertility disorders caused by inborn or acquired pathology of the testes tissue. Method of stimulation of spermatogenesis involves the injection subalbugineal of a biomaterial containing a mixture of the active ingredient and the base. Conditioned medium containing the secretion products of multipotent mesenchymal stromal cells of a human is used as the active component. Environment includes growth factors: GDNF at a concentration of at least 50 pg/ml, VEGF at a concentration of at least 200 pg/ml, FGF basic at a concentration of at least 0.3 pg/ml. Collagen gel is used as a basis. In this case, the mixture is injected in a dose providing a therapeutic effect. There are proposed a method for obtaining such a conditioned medium and a biomaterial for use in a method for stimulating spermatogenesis, obtained by the appropriate method.

EFFECT: method of stimulation of spermatogenesis is proposed.
