SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medical equipment, namely to devices for experimental research on the effect on laboratory animals of constant and variable pressure, which varies in time according to a given law. Laboratory vacuum installation contains a control system, which includes: an automated information processing facility, the installation control software, a control module, a switching module, electromagnetic valves: system for measuring and recording signals consisting of pressure sensors, an automated signal recorder and automated information processing means. Also, the installation comprises a system for creating a vacuum, consisting of a vacuum pump and support volumes with rarefied air, connected to each other by a vacuum pump and a working volume by a system of pipelines; and a system for creating excess pressure, consisting of a compressor and support volumes for compressed air, which are connected to each other by a compressor and a working volume by a system of pipelines.

EFFECT: providing the possibility of creation inside the working volume of the installation of constant and variable pressure, which varies in time according to the specified law.
