FIELD: pyrotechnics; weapons and ammunition.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to pyrotechnic production, namely to production of non-rusting percussion compositions for primers-igniters for cartridges of civil and service weapons. Non-rusting impact composition contains lead trinitroresorcinate, tetrazene, lead dioxide, barium nitrate and antimony triple sulphide. Lead trinitroresorcinate is contained in the composition in the form of colloidal gel-like lead trinitroresorcinate. Additionally, the composition contains methylcellulose. Components are in the following ratio, wt.%: lead trinitroresorcinate (TNRS) 35–45; tetrazene 1–5; barium nitrate 28–42; lead dioxide 1–9; three-sulfur antimony 13–21; methylcellulose 0.2–0.6 over 100.
EFFECT: enabling increase in the igniting ability of the non-rusting impact composition, reduction of corrosive action of combustion products of the composition on the barrel of the weapon, reduction of hazard of production processes.
