FIELD: oil industry.
SUBSTANCE: method for development of superviscous oil deposit includes drilling of horizontal production wells and horizontal injection wells located above them, pumping of heat carrier into injection wells and extraction of products from production wells. Horizontal production wells are drilled in pairs at distance of 115–125 m from each other. Pairs of horizontal production wells are located at distance of 80–100 m and 2 m above the bottom of the oil-saturated formation. Between a pair of horizontal production wells, one upper horizontal injection well is evenly located at distance of 2–3 m along the vertical from horizontal production wells. Thereafter, four lateral ascending shafts are drilled from the main shaft of the horizontal injection well with horizontal sections located above the production wells at distance of 5 m vertically from the horizontal production wells and at distance of 57.5–62.5 m horizontally from the main shaft of the injection well. Then, initial heating of drilled wells is performed by pumping of heat carrier with volume of 80–90 t/day to horizontal production wells and 120–140 t/day to horizontal injection wells during 2 months. After heating, all wells are stopped for thermocapillary impregnation for 20 days. Then, pumping of heat carrier into horizontal injection wells is resumed in volume of 140–160 t/day, and horizontal production wells are started for liquid extraction.
EFFECT: increased volumes of produced oil due to involvement in development of zones located between production wells.
