SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of providing aircraft flights with electric power by means of mobile facilities and can be used in preparing aircraft for flights. Electric unit is equipped with an axial-piston controlled hydraulic system pump – motor with electro-proportional control, which provides control and transmission of electric energy to consumers, and an automatic regulator of hydraulic flow. Electric unit contains an adjustable non-reversible hydraulic pump with an automatic working fluid flow regulator, consisting of a hydraulic motor rotation speed sensor, electro-proportional regulator of hydraulic pump and program-logic controller, which maintains specified rotation speed of output shaft of hydraulic motor with specified accuracy.

EFFECT: enabling elimination of the effect of the vehicle engine speed error on the output range of parameters of the electric plant generators and increasing their accuracy, improving reliability indices, excluding sharp fluctuations of power and inertia of existing systems, excluding influence of dynamic and impact loads from transmission units.
