SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method of producing granulated oil sorbent from fallen leaves, wherein fallen leaves are dried to moisture content of not less than 10% and milled in a mill to obtain particles with a size of not more than 10 mm, separated on sieves with cell size from 10 to 2 mm, granulated in a granulator with a matrix die corresponding to the required size of particles of leaf litter, the obtained granules are cooled at temperature of 22–25 °C for a day.
EFFECT: simpler and cheaper technology of producing a sorbent, wider raw material base for producing a sorbent base.
