SUBSTANCE: disclosed is cleaning head (100) for a wet cleaning device. Cleaning head has part (120) facing the surface to be cleaned, and projecting element (252) installed near the said part. Projecting element projects from the cleaning head towards the surface to be cleaned. In some examples, the cleaning head is configured to swing on the protruding element to bring said portion into contact with the surface to be cleaned. Projecting element contains porous material (168). Cleaning head also has at least one dirt inlet for receiving dirty liquid from the surface to be cleaned, when suction is applied to at least one dirt inlet. Porous material covers at least one dirt inlet. Also disclosed is a wet cleaning device comprising a cleaning head.

EFFECT: high efficiency of using the cleaning liquid, as well as eliminating the risk that poorly controlled supply of the cleaning liquid during or even after use will lead to soaking of the environment with the cleaning liquid.
