Abstract RU 2611763 C1

FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, angiology, physiotherapy, kinesitherapy and medical rehabilitation, treatment of patients with chronic lymphovenous insufficiency of lower extremities. Lymphatic gymnastics (LG) in performed in swimming pool at water temperature to 28°C, including the following exercises: slow walking in water with breathing exercises with diaphragmatic breathing, activating outflow by thoracic lymphatic duct. After that, exercises at swimming pool nosing for upper extremities in form of swings, circular movements, and shoulder movements. Duration of LG in swimming pool is 40 min. After LG freestype or breaststroke swimming, which takes not less than 30% of procedure time is realised. 15-20 min after LG mechanical lymphatic drainage from apparatus "Lympha-E" is performed to patient on the area of lower extremities in mode of "ascending wave with pressure memory", II mode of operation, at pressure 60-90 mmHg, exposure 40-60 min. Course of treatment constitutes 10 daily procedures.

EFFECT: method ensures increase of remission period and preservation of results achieved by treatment, prevention of disease progression, possibility of using the method at all stages and any duration of disease, as well as in case of presence of cardio-vascular.
