SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine and can be used for restoration of mobility of muscles of human body by manual action. Primary diagnostics is carried out in the form of visual inspection of the degree of mobility of the muscles of the arms, upper thoracic girdle, neck, head, legs, back, posture is checked, accompanying defects are detected, and the initial survey on the previously taken actions is conducted. Results are recorded. Back massage is performed by common techniques and smooth holistic swinging of body, feet, knee joints, pelvis, shoulders, head, shin and foot muscles are worked out by means of spiral twisting until they are completely relaxed. Further, mobility tests of the joints of the lower extremities are carried out, spasm areas of the thigh tissue are worked out by means of spiral twisting until they are completely relaxed. That is followed by evaluating a degree of mobility of the shoulder, elbow and wrist joints and functional cervical motion by mobility tests. Spasmodic areas of upper extremities, forearm, elbow and wrist joints are treated by means of spiral twisting until they are completely relaxed. Restorative massage of fingers is performed. Mobility tests of joints of upper limbs are carried out, secondary diagnostics of condition of muscles of arms, legs, upper humeral girdle, neck, head and back is carried out.
