SUBSTANCE: it can be used as wound coverings in animals, in surgical practice, during liquidation of the consequences of mass disasters and terrorist acts, as well as in combat conditions. The essence is a wound covering with antibacterial, antimycotic and wound-healing effects, containing, by weight: Meturacol sponge containing 0.95 wt.pts including collagen and 0.05 wt.pts of methyluracil — 1, in which the following is impregnated: 0.005 of 4,6-dinitro-5,7-dichlorobenzofuroxan; 0.001 of n-hexadecyltriphenylphosphonium bromide; 0.05 of chlorhexidine bigluconate. The method of obtaining a wound covering is to prepare the first solution, for which to 1 wt.pts of 97% ethanol the following is added: 0.005 wt.pts of 4,6-dinitro-5,7-dichlorobenzofuroxan, 0.001 wt.pts of n-hexadecyltriphenylphosphonium bromide, then stirred; then a second solution is prepared, for which to 9 wt.pts of distilled water the following is added: 0.05 wt.pts of chlorhexidine bigluconate, then stirred; then the first and second solutions are mixed and stirred until a homogeneous mass is obtained; then the resulting solution is placed in a cuvette, a Meturacol sponge is placed in it to impregnate it until the solution is completely absorbed; then the impregnated Meturacol sponge is placed in a vacuum drying chamber at a temperature of 40°C until the sponge is completely dry.

EFFECT: invention provides an expansion of the arsenal of wound coverings and the elimination of the direct adverse effects of the active substance on the wound surface and surrounding tissues due to the pharmacological composition with a low content of active substances, while the claimed coating does not contain antibiotics and other known antibacterial drugs.
