FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to cardiovascular surgery. The incision of the posterior wall of the aorta with the dissection of the fibrous ring is carried out vertically, through the middle of the non-coronary sinus. After that, the incision is directed to the right, to the muscular part of the left ventricle outflow tract of the and is continued in the muscular triangle located between the non-coronary and right coronary sinuses, without going beyond it.
EFFECT: method makes it possible to make a deep incision of the posterior wall of the aorta, extending to a distance of up to 1 cm below the plane of the intersected aortic ring, which makes it possible to sew a wider patch and implant a prosthesis 2 sizes larger than the original diameter of the aortic ring.
