Method for intelligent evaluation of lift brake reliability for a well of kilometre depth includes the following stages: creation of a model in the form of a digital double for the lift brake, data acquisition and synchronization, as well as reliability evaluation and service life prediction, wherein the model in the form of a digital twin for the elevator brake can accurately reflect the actual physical characteristics of the elevator brake, obtaining and synchronizing data can realize a real-time mapping between the physical object of the brake of the elevator and its model in the form of a digital twin, and, besides, based on the model in the form of a digital double for the brake of the elevator, reliability is evaluated.
EFFECT: higher safety and reliability of brake for well of kilometre depth.
