FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, in particular to maxillofacial surgery, and can be used for prosthetics of upper and/or lower jaw fragments. Implant comprises plate 1 with two fasteners 2 and 3 made monolithic of titanium or its alloy with the geometry of the body of the prosthetic jaw. Outer surface 4 of plate 1 is provided with a through hole of a rectangular shape to reduce the weight of the implant. On masticatory surface 5 of plate 1 there are two blind holes 6 and 7 arranged along its axis of symmetry, each with diameter of 3.8 mm, each with depth of 8 mm, with a thread for installation of dental prosthesis abutments in the postoperative period. Fastening elements 2 and 3 are made in the form of rectangles, each measuring 10 mm by 20 mm and thickness of 2 mm, and are located on both sides of outer surface 4 of plate 1. Each fastening element 2 and 3 has six through holes 8 and 9, equally spaced from each other and from the edges of each fastening element 2 and 3, respectively. Holes 8 and 9 in attachment elements 2 and 3 are used to fix the implant with screws to the bone tissue of the remaining fragments of the injured jaw. Fasteners 2 and 3 are located on the edge of plate 1 opposite to chewing surface 5.
EFFECT: reduced rate of purulent-septic complications, reduced time of recovery of chewing function in patient, as well as expanded functional capabilities of implant.
