FIELD: medicine; dentistry.
SUBSTANCE: inventions relate to medicine, namely to the field of dentistry; they are intended for use during dental implantation. A dental implant is used, containing: a proximal intraosseous section intended for insertion into the patient’s jaw bone, continued at a distance from the proximal end by the distal section of the implant, which should protrude from the patient’s jaw bone, an internal connecting socket extending from the distal end and in the direction of the proximal end. Distal section (3) of the implant passes along the height along the first longitudinal axis in the direction of the distal end from the base to the top, expanding from the base to the top from the first longitudinal axis. The base has a diameter smaller than the diameter of the adjacent proximal intraosseous section, forming the first annular groove. The distal section of the implant contains an outer surface having roughness Ra less than or equal to 0.2 mcm. The height, at which the distal section of the implant passes from its base to its top, ranges from 1.2 mm to 1.5 mm. The used implant may be part of a dental node containing a dental implant and a dental prosthetic component such as a dental abutment or a dental prosthesis containing a proximal covered section intended for installation by means of a conical fit into the truncated conical inner support surface of the dental implant.
EFFECT: inventions make it possible to install a dental implant in the patient’s mouth, avoiding the risks of aggressive effects on the gum.
