SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to an oil-and-petrol resistant rubber mixture with antistatic properties for the production of rubber technical products, which are operated under conditions of high mechanical loads and friction, aggressive media and difficult climatic conditions, including butadiene-nitrile rubber with weight fraction of acrylonitrile 18% and butadiene-nitrile rubber with weight fraction of acrylonitrile 28%, sulphur, stearic acid, dibenzothiazole disulphide, dithiodimorpholine, diphenylguanadine, zinc oxide, phenol type antioxidant, kaolin, technical carbon “П-514”, dibutyl sebacate, pine rosin, N-cyclohexylthiophthalemide, technical current-conducting carbon, with the following ratio of components wt.pts.: butadiene-nitrile rubber with weight fraction of acrylonitrile 18% 40.0–60.0; butadiene-nitrile rubber with weight fraction of acrylonitrile 28% 40.0–60.0; sulphur 0.15–0.25; dibenzothiazole disulphide 3.0; dithiodimorpholine 2.8; diphenylguanidine 0.3; zinc oxide 3.0; stearic acid 2.0; phenol type antioxidant 2.5; kaolin 10.0–40.0; technical carbon “П-514” 40.0–60.0; technical current-conducting carbon 30.0–60.0; dibutyl sebacate 20.0–25.0; pine rosin 3.0; N-cyclohexylthiophthalemide 0.5.
EFFECT: increased syringability, carcass strength, resistance to action of aviation and automobile fuel, provision of ability to conduct static charges, improvement of frost resistance (ability to maintain elasticity at temperatures up to minus 40 °C), exclusion of fuel darkening.
